Key points for reviewers
- Account creation does not require SMS consent. Signup only requires agreement to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — not the SMS program.
- Web opt-in is optional. Users may click “No thanks — I don't want SMS messages” without submitting phone or consent.
- Lease checkbox and inbound text are additional optional paths documented in Terms and below; samples are provided where the flow is not a public web page.
